In 2005, a young team set up a new architecture firm. Today, Urban Office has a team of professionals who capitalize on its core values ​​of creative and professional solutions for its visionary clients. Urban Office is a vertically integrated company, which means that it controls the entire project process, consisting of several complex stages. This includes everything from conceptual design, 3D modeling, rendering, approvals, town planning, customer consulting, building permits, details and project management. In recent years we have worked on over 80 projects that accumulate over 1'000000 m² .

Integrated design

Structural and HVAC engineers, together with many other specialized design teams, work with architects to develop fully integrated design solutions. Each project starts with a new tactic, leading to a customized solution for both the site and the owner. Projects are usually done by a closely related team, this team starts a project and oversees it until the end, thus providing continuity until it’s finalized. We see the built environment as a whole and provide truly integrated approach and responsible design.

We analyze all projects in relation to technical standards, while developing customized strategies that drive our design agenda. In order to build sustainably, we choose to design holistically, and our integrated project approach allows us to develop innovative strategies, adapted to location, that focus firmly on a clean and responsible environment.
